Before we lead others well, we must be willing to be formed by God.

The Inner Circle was created for women who recognize that leadership requires more than gifting, influence, or opportunity. It requires spiritual maturity, biblical understanding, humility, and a life deeply rooted in God.

Through personal mentorship, intentional relationship, and meaningful community, my desire is to walk alongside women who are committed to growing in their relationship with God and faithfully stewarding the responsibilities He has entrusted to them.

Whether you lead in ministry, business, your home, or your community, this space exists to encourage you to become a woman who leads from a place of spiritual depth and biblical conviction.

Whats included?

  • Monthly Group Mentorship

    One hour of group learning, biblical discussion, prayer, and intentional growth alongside other women.

  • Individual Mentorship

    One private, one hour coaching session with me each month for personal guidance, discipleship, and leadership development.

  • Personal Connection

    An opportunity to stay connected through text for questions, encouragement, and guidance throughout the month.

  • Intentional Communication

    A private group conversation where we can share devotional thoughts, encouragement, and grow together in faith.

The Inner Circle is designed for Christian women who:

  • Desire to grow in their knowledge of Scripture and intimacy with God.

  • Are currently leading or preparing for leadership in ministry, business, home, or community.

  • Recognize the importance of character and spiritual formation.

  • Are hungry for biblical discipleship and personal mentorship.

  • Value humility, accountability, and meaningful relationships.

  • Are willing to be intentional and consistent in their spiritual growth.

You do not need a leadership title to belong here. You need a willingness to grow and faithfully steward what God has placed in your hands.

Investment and commitment:

  • 1 monthly group mentorship session

  • 1 monthly individual mentorship session

Limited to 10 women: To preserve the personal and intentional nature of mentorship, enrollment is limited and applications are reviewed individually.

    Applications will be prayerfully reviewed to discern whether the Inner Circle is a good fit for your current season.

  3. Acceptance and Next Steps

    Selected applicants will receive an email with enrollment instructions, payment information, and details about getting started.
